Native builds

GET /api/v1/native-builds/plan

Query: worktreePath, mode (debug or release), and optionally simulatorUdid.

Reports the native fingerprint, cache hit or miss, the cached artifact, whether it is installed on the simulator, the Google services file, and whether the installed app identifier is declared in nativeAuth. Builds nothing.

POST /api/v1/native-builds/ensure

Starts a single-flight job: the first request for a fingerprint builds it, and concurrent requests wait for the same job. Poll GET /api/v1/native-builds/jobs/{jobId} until it completes; the artifact is then installed on the simulator.
