Get started

Quickstart

Install simfleet, describe your app, and run a worktree on a slim device.

Install

bun add -g simfleet
brew install mobai-app/tap/simslim baguette watchman     # iOS

Android is optional; see Installation for its tools.

Describe your app

From the app's repository root:

simfleet init

This writes .sim-fleet/project.json. Set the real bundle identifiers and URL schemes for your debug and release builds. See Configuration for every field.

Start the fleet

simfleet serve

The dashboard opens at http://127.0.0.1:8790 and a menu-bar icon appears. Leave it running.

Boot a slim device

simfleet sim list
simfleet sim boot <udid>          # or: simfleet emu boot <avd>

The boot returns once the slim profile is applied and verified.

Run a lane

simfleet lane start "$PWD" <udid> development debug
simfleet lane launch <lane-id>

The lane leases a Metro port from the development range, starts Metro in your worktree, waits for it to be healthy, and opens the dev client on that device.
